TBC DHA is a flagship burger shop in DHA, Islamabad, designed as an architectural event rather than a conventional restaurant interior. Conceived and executed by ORAD Architects, the project demonstrates how minimal architecture and disciplined spatial design can elevate everyday dining into a curated experience. A controlled monochromatic interior palette minimizes visual noise, allowing the food to remain the focal point while architecture acts as a precise spatial frame.

Rooted in contemporary architectural design, the project emphasizes material clarity, proportion, and spatial sequencing. Every element from surfaces to junction details, is intentionally reduced to achieve visual calm and experiential depth. TBC DHA reflects ORAD’s approach to restaurant design in Pakistan, where architecture is not decorative but conceptual, transforming eating into an event shaped by space, light, and restraint.
